SandBag Kinetic Sander will exchange or refund at our discretion within 30 days of purchase, any item that suffers structural failure from normal intended use when using the item for it’s intended purpose.
SandBag Kinetic Sander is intended for normal use in fine sanding of wood products. The SandBag Kinetic Sander is made with natural materials and as such may have variations of color, texture, thickness, weight and blemishes. Variations do not affect the performance of the product. Even though deerskin is a very tough leather it can be punctured or cut with extreme force therefore… don’t do THAT ! The SandBag Kinetic sander should not be used on sharp or pointed metal. SandBag Kinetic Sander Co. is not responsible for damage to any materials or projects upon which the SandBag is used. SandBag Kinetic Sander is non-hazardous and not liable for any health related injuries due to it’s use. When used as intended the SandBag Kinetic Sander will standup to regular use.
Late or missing refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
